Tere Iss Pyaar Ko Saiyaaa Mein Kyaa Naam Du..

16th Feb 2014:: Om Sai Ram,

"Halki Thand ka Mausam aur BABA SAI Ki Yaad, Halki Si Barish Aur  KAKAD AARTI Me Baba Ke Darshan Ki Aas, Bhakto Ki Bheed Main BABA SAI Ko Chu Lene Ka Ehsaas, Shuru Ho Gya Aaj Ka Din Hamara BABA SAI Ke Saath".

The Baba's eyes are every where, fulfilling the cherished desires of devotees sooner or later. One may shed tears while facing calamities in life but the same eyes may bring tears of joy in the long run. This is popularly know as "Sai Leela".

"SAI Aap Aur Aapki Leela,
Mein Samajh Na Paun,
Darshan Aapne Mujhe De Diya Ab Kuch Na Khe Pau..."

If what is expected happens then there is no wonder in it, If an unforeseen or unpredicted thing happens then it is a miracle which we can call as Leela "Sai Leela".

A Feeling of a blessed day coming through Baba Leela. Now Directly Coming to the date 16 th or 17 th Jan 2014 which is marked as special event In my last month calendar. Just a month back today which I had written in my Dairy with the name of Baba Sai But did not got the chance and time to update and share with all.

16th-17th Jan 2014 (Wl update correct date after checking my dairy)

From last many months I was praying Baba SAI to call me Baba Nagri (last darshan of Baba Nagri on 31 st Aug 2013). Many SAI LEELA happned, Which I published in the same blog on12 november post. In January dream BABA had given me Darshan of each and every places of Samadhi Mandir, DwarakaMai, Gurusthan & Chavadi.

Today 16th Feb 2014:: My normal course of Daily Routine Only By Baba SAI's grace from Last few months is I gets up at 03:50 to 4:00 am in the morning, start my day with Baba's online darshan for 20-30 mins and then go back to sleep till 7-7:30 am.
I Feel:

"BABA SAI Ka Kakad Darshan Sirf Kismat Wala Paye, Wohi Jise Khud Baba Apnaye, Bhakt Tau Har Pal Sai Ko Ajmaye, Par Sacha BHAKT WOHI JO SAI Ke Darshan Kar Ke SAI SAI Aur SAI Ka Gungan Gaye "

From last 2 days I don't know why I was Feeling low and want to have Baba Darshan At Baba Nagri. Yesterday Night in my post I had posted::

Sapno Me Dikhte Hai Mujhko Shirdi Ke Pyare, Samney Baithey Singhasan Par Baba Kartey Hai Mujhko Isharey, Baba Hath Ko Hilatey Hai Aur Mujhe Shirdi Ko Bulate Hai, Shirdi Ke Raja Baba Mere Sapno Me Aate Hai..
Sai Ratri, Wishing You All Sai Dreams...

I had written this very very long time back yesterday I don't know why I copied edited and pasted again with New Feel what I want. It May I call this A "Bham" (a falls imagination) because mind see's in dreams the same what we think.. Yesterday Night I went to sleep after reading Baba's story Book "Shirdi Sai MuktiData".  Today I did not got up at 4 to have Baba Sai's Darshan as it was Raining in kolkata and the weather changed.. I was enjoying dreams in my deep sleep, that I was Standing in Kakad Aarti in the Hall Where baba is sitting. I was behind many people but I am able to see Baba's Lovely face easily. Baba was wearing his night green drees. while standing there I was thinking that yesterday night when i saw Baba he was in blue dress now green.. In dreams i was thinking that it may be a dream of blue dress.. I had enjoyed seeing his lovely face in green drees..

"Tere Shukr Kaara Mein Sai Tere Sukr Kaara."

I don't remember and heard what bhajan or aarti they were playing only i was seeing my Baba's lovely face. Even I don't remember what I prayed or not but I say with that now I am feeling as the happiest this time as baba full filled my desire to see his Darshan in my dreams and also did not missed my Kakad Darshan Daily Routine. All of a sudden I got up At 05:50 am and surprise to see how I am in my room because just a minute before in my dreams I was feeling myself in shirdi in front of Baba SAI.. That time I was little sad because I missed my Kakad Aarti But the very next moment I realised I have not missed it I had actually enjoyed it in Shirdi...

Aate Rahna Bus Yuhi Mere Sapno Me Mere Baba SAI, Aur Dete Rahna Aapna Deedaar, Baaki Toh Hai Jhootha Jamana Saiyaa Sachaa Tera Pyaar....

Mein Na Aa Paya Shirdi, Shirdi Aana Mera Suror Hai, Tu kyu Nahi Bulata Mujhe Shirdi Mere Baba Mera Kya Kasoor Hai...

The Statue & Tomb of Baba SAI

Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi
Cherished statue of Sri Sai Baba

For pilgrims to Shirdi, darshan at Baba's tomb is the climax of their visit and the statue above the tomb represents the living, breathing God. As such, it is the focus of all their longings, hopes and desires, and a concrete form to which they can express their love. The statue is admired as an extraordinary andexquisite image, exuding grace and benevolence, and a mysterious vitality. Baba sits relaxed, natural and majestic, gazing benignly on the millions of diverse visitors who flock to him for succour. Many have commented on the life-like quality of the eyes, as these are typically the most difficult feature to portray in a stone sculpture. In this statue, though, they really do seem to be looking at us and responding!
Baba repeatedly assured devotees that he would never cease to answer their call even from his tomb, and that his mission is "to give blessings". The pull of the tomb, above which the statue sits, is powerful and intense and draws seekers to Shirdi in numbers that increase every year. Here, devotees address their heartfelt prayers, beg for help, give thanks and offerings for prayers answered and wishes fulfilled, sing their devotion, and pay humble obeisance to their beloved deity. For them, the statue does not merely represent God, it is God; and the opportunity to prostrate before it and make oblations may be the fulfilment of a lifetime's ambition.
The statue, which has become such a famous and well-loved image of Baba, was not installed until 1954, and there is an intriguing story behind it. Some white marble arrived from Italy at the Bombay docks, but nobody seemed to know anything about it - who it was for, or why it had come. In the absence of a claimant, the dockyard auctioned it and the purchaser offered it to the Shirdi Sansthan (temple authorities). Impressed by the quality of the marble, they wanted to use it for an image of Baba and gave the commission to a sculptor from Bombay, Balaji Vasant Talim. However, the latter had only one black-and-white photo of Baba to use as his model and was struggling to get the likeness. One night Baba came to him in a dream, remarked on his difficulties and then showed him his face from various angles, encouraging Talim to study it thoroughly and remember it well. This gave Talim the fillip he needed and after that the work flowed easily and the result exceeded all expectations.

The statue was installed on 7 October 1954, on Vijayadasami day, the 36th anniversary of Baba's mahasamadhi. The ceremony was performed by Swami Sai Sharananand who, as a youth (then named Vaman Patel), had had direct contact with Baba during the eight years before Baba's mahasamadhi. The Nandi bull (statue of Shiva's vehicle) now seen at the entrance of the temple was added later. The silver throne upon which the statue is seated and from where Baba governs his spiritual empire weighs 60.82 kg. A grand new throne weighing 205 kg was installed on Ramanavami 2002 and is used on special festival days.

"My bones will assure you from my samadhi.
It will communicate with you.
It will respond to whoever surrenders to it."

As the main object of adoration in Shirdi, the statue is accorded all due honours. As one of the chief Sansthan officials said, "We believe that Baba is still alive." Out of their love for Baba, devotees wish to provide every comfort and respect they can. Accordingly, Baba is given a hot water bath in the morning, offered breakfast, lunch and dinner, has his clothes changed four times a day before each arati and is adorned with a silver or gold crown for the arati worship. At night a mosquito net is hung and the tomb is spread with a special plain white cotton cloth, of the type that Baba's kafni was made. A glass of water is kept by his side. Each morning at five o'clock Baba is woken up, the mosquito net is removed, and incense is offered while bhupali (a morning raga) is sung.
After the first arati of the day, abhishekam (ritual bathing of the statue with water, milk, curd, ghee etc) is performed. Devotees may sponsor the abhishekam by contacting the Donation Office. Visitors may also donate cloth for Baba, which will be wrapped around the statue. Later, all the cloth that Baba has "worn" is put on sale in the Sansthan shop, just a few metres from the mandir. Many people like to buy cloth that has been sanctified in this way and use it for their altar or some other sacred purpose.

Believing that their work is service to a living Sai Baba, a living god, the priests carry out their duties with tender love and care. One of them related that once when bathing the statue, he inadvertently dropped the water container onto it.
For the next two days he had a severe pain in his knee, went to the doctor, had injections, took painkillers and did everything he could to try to alleviate it. Eventually he prayed to Baba and asked why he had to suffer in this way. That night Baba came to him in a dream and said, "You think you're in pain, but how do you think I felt when you dropped the jar?" Thereafter the priest was careful not to injure Baba in any way, and to respect the statue as if it were the living Baba in a physical body.
The feeling and experience that Baba is still alive and present pervades all the Sansthan facilities and activities of his devotees. As you move around Shirdi, you will see that this sentiment informs life, worship and pilgrimage here and contributes to the mystique and magic of what we call Shirdi.

Baba SAI's Teachings

Sai Baba of Shirdi is the epitome of reverence a guiding force who generates supreme faith and confidence among his devotees looking for salvation and in quest of coming out of the drudgery of living. As a divine mother he is saturated with love for those who seek him. With his mission of making people about the divine consciousness and transcending the limits of mortal body, his teachings are guiding his devotees to the path of salvation. People are blessed who follow his teachings.

Among the teachings of Sai Baba of Shirdi there are the cardinal principles of Sai Path called 'Shraddha' and 'Saburi'. Sai Baba looks for these two qualities in his devotees. Here are the teachings and philosophies of Sai Baba of Shirdi.

Shraddha
'Shraddha' is a Sanskrit word, which roughly means faith with love and reverence. Such faith or trust is generated out of conviction, which may not be the result of any rational belief or intellectual wisdom, but a spiritual inspiration. According to Sai Baba of Shirdi, steadfast love in God is the gateway to eternity. Baba's teaching, both direct and indirect explicate the significance of 'Shraddha'. Baba reiterates the spiritual guidance of Shri Krishna to Arjun - "Whosoever offer to Me with love or devotion, a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water, that offering of pure love is readily accepted by Me".

Saburi
'Saburi'; means patience and perseverance. Saburi is a quality needed throughout the path to reach the goal. This quality must be ingrained in a seeker from day one, least he looses his stride and leaves the path half way

Purity
For Sai Baba it was not the purity of the body but inner purity that mattered. No amount of physical and external cleansing would serve any purpose if the man remained impure in mind and heart. Therefore, Baba cautioned His devotees not to make austerity as an end itself, lest they should indulge in physical mortification.

Compassion
Himself an epitome of compassion and love, Sai Baba taught compassion among his disciples. Baba often told His devotees, 'Never turn away anybody from your door, be it a human being or animal'.

Complete Surrender to the Guru
Sai Baba put Guru on a high pedestal of reverence. For Him Guru was the profound base of the path of devotion. Pointing to his physical frame, "This body is my house. I am not here. My Guru (Master) has taken me away". He asked for complete surrender to the 'Guru'.

Sai Baba's Teachings through 'Udi' and 'Dakshina'

Udi
Udi or the sacred ash was produced from the perpetual fire called 'dhuni' lit by Sai Baba in Dwarkamai at Shirdi. Explaining the meaning of life He would refer to Udi and taught that like Udi all the visible phenomena in the world are transient. Through this example Sai Baba wished to make his devotees understand the sense of discrimination between the unreal and the real. Udi taught the devotees discrimination or vivek.

Dakshina
Sai Baba would demand 'Dakshina' or alms from those who visited him. This explained the sense of non-attachment to worldly things. Hence Dakshina taught the devotees non-attachment or Vairagya.
